Patrick Lencioni is one of the most successful business authors and management consultants out there. With three New York Times bestsellers and a long list of other highly acclaimed books, Lencioni is one of the world's most recognized experts on organizational health and team performance. Having established a reputation for provoking critical self-examination, Lencioni urges his readers and audiences to reflect on the basics of human behavior, which are often overlooked in business today. Through his writings, speaking engagements and consulting services, he helps business organizations around the world to build healthier, higher performing teams. Lencioni is the Founding Principal of The Table Group, a firm dedicated to helping leaders strengthen their organizations by creating great teams. The Table Group enables clients to build better teams by understanding the types of team problems they currently face, then walking them through a comprehensive, discipline-based process. Having worked in all industries, from healthcare and technology to education and finance, Lencioni brings a deep, diverse knowledge to his work. He graduated summa cum laude from Santa Clara University and received his master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. He also holds a degree in finance from the University of California, Berkeley. An avid sports fan, Lencioni is the author of the book, The Three Big Questions for a Frantic Family and has spoken on stage at the Microsoft Global Leadership Summit, Apple’s European Leadership Summit and Google Zeitgeist, among others. He is currently working on a book about trust in organizations and holds an annual summit at Stevenson Ranch in California for senior organizational leaders and their teams. Patrick Lencioni is a force of nature and a master of his craft. He helps his clients create lasting, meaningful changes in their teams’ performance, by understanding and adhering to the basics of human behavior.
