Michael McCullough is an organizational leader, entrepreneur, medical doctor, philanthropist, and social activist with over two decades of experience in the fields of medicine and healthcare, healthcare reform, public health, and philanthropy. Born in England and raised in Canada, McCullough has spent much of his adult life in various parts of the world, including New York, Rome, London, and Tokyo, perfecting his expertise in the fields of healthcare and reform and making sure that he truly puts the needs of others before his own. McCullough graduated from the University of Toronto, completed his medical degree and graduated with honors from Tufts University, and then went on to obtain a Master’s degree from Stanford University in a Health Policy and Technology program. McCullough has worked for some of the largest healthcare organizations in the world, such as the Cleveland Clinic, the World Bank and the InterAmerican Development Bank, and has been actively involved in projects to improve healthcare access and quality in over 80 countries. Additionally, McCullough is an investor and entrepreneur, having founded several successful ventures such as an IT firm, a digital health platform, a medical discovery firm, and an insurance project. He is also a passionate philanthropist, devoting significant time and resources to important causes such as global health, poverty alleviation, as well as educational and environmental initiatives. Furthermore, he is also an active social entrepreneur and advocate, engaging with various communities to encourage change. He regularly contributes to local, regional and national conversations, supporting leading initiatives and driving important transformation.
